Incepted in the year 1999, we Pharmac Technologies Private Limited, provide technical consultancy for industrial process equipment that find usage in field of chemicals, essential oils, herbal extracts, oleoresins / resinoids, flower / spice extracts, absolutes and concretes. We have also gained recognition as a manufacturer of process equipment used in the above fields. Along with manufacturing, we are also engaged in process development, design, installation, and implementation of process technology in the same field. Our company was founded by a team of senior research scientists and engineers who have with them over three decades of industrial experience in the field of fine chemicals, drug intermediates, bulk drugs, perfumery chemicals, essential oils, oleoresins, resinoids and herbal extracts for medicinal use. For meeting the industry demands, we are well equipped with excellent infrastructure which includes hi-tech manufacturing, design, research and development unit. We also have moder analytical labs and a pilot plant facility for conforming and standardizing the processes developed by the research scientists. Our research laboratory is well complimented by engineering workshop which provides support to our research chemists. The engineers in the workshop assist our research chemists in designing equipment as well as in fabrication of prototypes. Moreover, we also take assistance from various scientists and engineers to offer us newer methods and processes to meet the emerging demands of process equipment in different industries. Our client oriented approach allows us to invite various industrialists, entrepreneurs to make us aware of their needs regarding new technologies, up gradation of existing processes, design of process equipment, pilot plants and laboratory equipment. We have been able to grow by leaps and bounds under the able leadership of our chairman Mr. S.B. Bhagade, who himself is a senior chemical engineer and scientist having behind him, 30 years of rich industrial experience in the field of fine chemicals. Moreover, we also have eminent scientists and engineers on our advisory board, which assists us to flawlessly meet the market demands.

Quality Assurance

We execute the tests in the following stages:
• Stage 1: We inspect the raw material at the manufacturer’s premises to gauge its suitability for the production
• Stage II: We inspect the production closely to exclude the products not meeting the specific requirements
• Stage III: We conduct the visual inspection of our finished output before dispatching it to the clients
These tests are conducted by highly quality inspectors who make sure that the tests are performed as per the industrial standards to derive accurate results. |
Research and Development
We emphasize a lot on sound research and development while manufacturing our process equipment or installing and implementation of process technology. For this, we are equipped with modern analytical lab and a pilot plant facility to confirm and standardize the processes developed by the research scientists.
Our research laboratory is complimented by an engineering workshop having qualified engineers. They provide support to the research chemists in designing equipment and fabricating prototypes for the research team to implement their ideas to get the desired results.
